The type of personal information we collect
We currently collect and process the following information:
- Personal information if you complete an online form. The information you provide on online forms will only be used to provide you with services you request from the council by using the site.
- Site usage information from log files and web analytics applications. Internal reports compiled from this data help us to identify and improve key site areas and to monitor take up of services accessed through the website. It does not contain personal information.
How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

Your information is securely stored.
We keep contact details submitted via the ‘Contact Us’ webpage for 2 years after resolution of correspondence. We will then dispose your information by destroy/ delete and archive using Microsoft Outlook.
