Hello, I’m Paul Satoor, Chief Executive of Herefordshire Council. I have recently taken up my role in June 2026 and I want Herefordshire Council to be a place where people feel supported, valued, and proud of the work that they do. A place where we celebrate success, develop talent and create opportunities for people to grow. It’s a place where we work as one organisation, united by a shared purpose of doing our best for Herefordshire.
I believe deeply in public service and I believe in Herefordshire. I’m here for us all to work together, to listen, to support, and help us build the long-term stability and confidence that Herefordshire deserves. The council’s THRIVE values are really important to me and guide how I work and shape my expectations of others.
I’m really proud to be joining Herefordshire Council and working together, I’m confident and excited about the next chapter for the council.
